Shipping/Handling Policy:
Orders will take approx. 4-8 days to complete. Orders of 8 or more may take longer. If you are in a rush please specify date needed for completion. We will do our best to serve you! Shipping charges, options and approx. delivery time of the shipper are as follows:

USPS Priority (3-5 days) ---- $5.00 - $8.00

UPS 3 Day (3 days) ---- $11.00 - $15.00

USPS Next Day (1 day) ---- $20.00 - 25.00

International orders- Only payment accepted will be Money Order! please add $20.00 for shipping.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at H&H Pens. If you are not satisfied with your order simply return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money (less shipping). If any mechanisms fail within 1 year of date of purchase return it to us with a copy of your receipt and we will gladly repair it at no charge.
